  • This Manual is going to guide us through the operation of the program, besides seeing the immediate results that are obtained.  It is obvious that all the abilities that encloses cannot be included in a manual.  The daily management is the best way to obtain some optimum performances.

  • II.- INTRODUCTION

  •  

  • IdemJuris has been designed for the professional of the Law.  It is fully oriented to give a simple, fast, and adequate answer, to all the demands that requires the modern office of Lawyers.  

  •  

  • Thus, all the problematic has been predicted that the Lawyer has daily, creating a very efficient Management, and that contemplates the minutación, the word processing (with an adequate system of file of the writings that are done daily, so that the work of the Lawyer be not lost with the passing of time), the messaging among the members of the law Practice, the Agenda, the Models of writings, the Expenses.

  • The professional of the Law knows the need that the office of Lawyers has at the moment of to study the matters, seeking jurisprudence and even previous works already carried out on the same matter, and that with the time they remain in the oversight.  

  •  

  •  

  • IdemJuris is in disposition to facilitate to Lawyer, all those works and writings that with the time has forgot.  And not only the writings, but any type of matter.  Having multiple alternatives of searches.  

  •  

  • On the other hand, is very important to keep in mind, that IdemJuris permits to have available all the Texts created, in any another database and under any format.  

  •  

  • Besides IdemJuris selects automatically the Numbers presentation Format that will utilize the program, depending on the option selected in the operating system in that of eyelash" Number of the Regional Configuration in Windows (Start/Configuration/Control Panel/Configuration).  For example to Use the comma [,] as decimal and the point [.] like separator of thousands for the case that the operating system utilize the comma as separator of decimals and the point as separator of thousands, IdemJuris will utilize the same format.

  • The operation in network Client/Server consists of a computer that does of center of database (Server) where is kept all the information of the office.  All the teams of the office (Clients) will be connected for network to Server.

  • In both cases all the information is kept in an ONLY file, so that is not possible that someone be carried the information and can consult it without being carried all the program.  

  • IV.- BUTTONS

  •  

  • Along all the IdemJuris they will appear a series of buttons that will always have the same meaning.  These buttons, are the following:

  •  

  • - New :

  • For the introduction of a new one puts on file in the file in whose maintenance we find us.  Also he permits the introduction of a new line in a slip.  In the case that you put on file they be them composed by several lists of lines.  

  •  

  • -Annulling :

  • It permits the annulment of the data of a slip, re-establishing the previous.  This option is useful in the case in which the data be modified of a determined puts on file and then be wanted to leave as was.  This will function if himself has not I press previously al button to RECORD.  Also he permits to annul an action that itself be not desired to carry out.

  •  

  • -Save :

  • It keeps the data of a slip in the database.  It brings up to date the modifications and changes that may have been able to be carried out in the slip of the maintenance that we find us.  .

  •  

  • -Erase :

  • It permits to erase the data of the slip finally of the database, asking before confirmation.  

  •  

  • -Exit :

  • This button permits to leave the screen in which is working in order to returning to the previous screen.  

  •  

  • -Select :

  • This button is utilized in different actions, which they can be: to Select, OK, to Continue, etc.

  •  

  • -Print : There are two types of buttons:

  • - With the first button can be printed in role the data, reports, etc selected or shown in screen.

  •      - With the second type of button, the dial of any Expedient is printed directly.

  •  

  • -Order lists :

  • This icon will always appear in the part upper right of some list or assembly of lists.  Then, clicking on the name of the list that wants to be ordered, (not on the drawing) the list will obtain as a result itself or assembly of orderly lists according to the criterion selected.

  •  

  • -Accessing to maintenances :

  • It permits to agree since the screen in which al is working itself maintenance of the object al that is associated without need to leave al menu.

  •  

  • -Search : It has two options with this button:

  • 1- When be placed al side of a name, attorney, etc. .., permits to seek the name, attorney, process, etc, by means of a series of criteria that will appear al I press said button.  

  •  

  • 2- When this it situated alone, will permit to agree to a list of the different objects of the same type al that is associated the magnifier.  We can move us for ready happiness of the following form:

  •      - Typing a letter, will seek the first one that harms with her.

  •       - Arrow up and arrow downward we agree al upper and lower element in the list, respectively.  

  •      - Uppercase Key, along with the key of arrow up or down we move 5 elements.

  •      - Key Ctrl (Windows) or Appel (MacOs) along with the key of arrow up or down we move 10 elements.  

  •  

  • To select an element of the list we can give it to the key of return or to do «click» with the mouse over the element desired.  

  •  

  • - Agenda / Alarm :

  • It permits to introduce a Message or an Alarm to a Client, User, etc. .., or to whom be wanted and since the Application in which is working itself.

  •  

  • -Menu :

  • This button permits to return al Main Menu without closing the screen in which is working itself.

  •  

  • -Send Fax :

  • This button is the one that takes charge of sending al maintenance of Fax, since the process in which is working, a fax to a Client, User, etc.  If it is activated the Servant of Fax will send him of alone, automatic form one must indicate the date and hour.

  •  

  • -Information : There are two types of buttons:

  • With the first button access directly maintenance where can be consulted any telephone that have itself stored in the database, or information about the Clients, Proxies, Courts, Users and Contrary.  

  •  

  • With the second button, can be seen more data on the section where be situated, like they are, the data of the law Practice, data on Processes, bookkeeper, etc..  

  •  

  • - Expanding Screen :

  • There where this button be found, will be able to expand the window of the associated information, to be able to visualize better the contained information.

  •  

  • -Change password :

  • With this button, what can cause is to change the password of the User, introducing subsequently it desired.

  •  

  • -Register sheet :

  • This button agrees to the screen where can be consulted the visits, messages, etc, during the absence of the connected User.  

  •  

  • - Manual :

  • With this button will be able to open the manual of the program. The manual will be opened directly when press the Manual button.  In the case of find it not the IdemJuris will ask if you want to seek it.  Subsequently a window will be seen since will be able to seek and to open the manual.

  • - FIN :

  • V.- JURISBELL ACCESS

  • 1- FIRST ACCESS .

  •  

  • When a new database is created, IdemJuris will ask that be introduced the name of the User and its Password, as well as the name of the business.

  • In the case that we introduce our license of use, the name of the business has to be the same one that the one that figures in the original certificate of the License.

  • Doing «double click» on the icon of IdemJuris, the first time that enter, the database of demonstration will be opened, to permit us to analyze the program with fictitious data already introduced.  

  •  

  • First, we will visualize the window of presentation of the program.

  • - In the case to be a database of the version Demo to do «click» in CONTINUING.  

  • - To introduce the codes Nº of Series of the Product, the Code of the License, that there will be supplied IdemSoft, S.L. to do «click» in the button LICENSE and, once introduced, we will do «click» in the button to SAVE moment in which they will disappear the limitations by version demonstration.

  • One must keep in mind that the configuration of the monitor of a PC to see correctly the screens of IdemJuris will have to be of 800 for 600 pixeles.  To change this first configuration we will do «click» with the right button of the mouse on the fund of the screen of the monitor, to select the option Properties of the window that have visualized and, to do «click» on the label of Configuration of the screen Properties window.  Already here, we should select the configuration indicated since where puts Area of the screen.

  • 2.- ACCESO A JURISBELL

  •  

  • IdemJuris will show the User selection window, where the name of USER will ask us and the PASSWORD.  Once this it put the License this window will appear directly, without visualizing previously the window of presentation mentioned previously.  After introducing the password and the user must do "click" in F2 Connection" If by mistake is introduced another key that is not the correct one, IdemJuris will not permit the entrance to the same one of said User.  .

  • With the Fax Servant button, if we work with  Windows System and have the software WinFax For, we will be able to activate the servant of Fax with the one that will be able to send faxes automatically without leaving IdemJuris without printing them.

  • If itself assets the Servant of Fax from here, the alone team will be able to use for said function and, will not be able to be used the program in said team, that is to say that alone will be utilized like the Servant of Fax.

  • If it is desired to change the Password of access of the user, we press the button (F3-Change Password). IdemJuris will ask us that we indicate the new password

  • When we access to the program, IdemJuris will notify us of the messages of the Calls and Visits that may have been able to have during the absence of the User in question.  Clicking on the desired Message, will be able to visualize the text, or to pass it to an alarm

  • It selected the database, the program will be executed, from now on of automatic form, with the chosen database.

  • If we want to change the database, immediately after doing «double click» on the icon that executes the program, you will maintain pressed the key «Alt».  We will be able to create a New database of the form explained previously

  • 2.-WINDOWS

  • The first time that opens the program, doing «double click» on the icon that executes the same one, we will be able to create a database or to open the database of the version DEMO.

  • From General Menu we will be able to select the language of work of IdemJuris, that is to say the language in which the static text of buttons appears, title of fields, etc.

  • The General Menu is comprised of the following sections, that willshown in the following chapters: Process, Listings, Information, Files, Agenda/Alarms, Documents, Reports, Fax, Register sheet, Appointments/Proces date, Administration, Internet, Calculating, Library and Timming.

  • Beside the Name of the Bufete, this button is found (DATA BUFETE), when ding  «click» on him, will show all the data of the Office, such as, name, direction, population and preferences, where will be able to adapt IdemJuris according to our needs, for example if is for a lawyer or a attorney, if is a company or not..

  • If you want to carry out some modification in these data, first one must do «click» in the button to MODIFY and later, in that of SAVE.

  • The Data file of the law Practice is divided into three screens; a to introduce the general data and another for determine which are the preferences of the law practice that will utilize in IdemJuris.

  • Doing «click» in the "Eyelash" General we will be able to introduce the following information:

  • - Lawyer (law Practice) or Attorney.  IdemJuris, in each case will use as main an or another figure.

  • - Company.  If this option is chosen, alone will permit to invoice as such with an only bookkeeper and different Series.  Otherwise, it will permit to invoice for each Lawyer that be desired.

  • - Saving New/Modifing Text.  If a number is indicated,  automaticaly will save the new writings that is typed in DOCUMENTS, with the interval indicated.  

  • This value can vary from the maintenance of DOCUMENTS.

  • - Numbering of Process.  If we mark the Manual option, each time that create an process we will have to assign it a number.

  • On the other hand, if we mark the Automatic option the management will assign the following number that corresponds when create a new one.

  • - Counter.  For numering the Invoices, by Lawyer or Attorney, if is not marked the option Company, one must press the button INVOICES COUNTER NUMBER and a list with the listing of all the will appear Lawyers.

  • Selecting the Lawyer/Attorney desired, the number of the following Invoice can be modified.  Once it selected the Lawyer, the Management will ask the year, and later will be able to modify the number of the following Invoice.  To finish, just «click» in the button to SAVE.

  • Also the previous years Invoices bookkeeper can be visualized, for it selecting the Lawyer and doing «click» in SEARCH, the year will be introduced desired and IdemJuris will show in a box the Invoices of the year selected.  Also the number can be modified of Proforma, selecting the corresponding field.  

  • Also, if it is a Company, do «click» in INVOICES COUNTER NUMBER, a list indicating will appear the numbering of said Invoices.  In this case, the Invoices can be divided them into Series and can be created as many series as be needed.  

  •  

  • - Work Language,.  We will be able to select the language with the one that each time that access to IdemJuris.

  • It will be selected the language in the screen of access to IdemJuris but if we access with a user that have another language selected in his slip we will visualize IdemJuris in the language of the user connected.  The language of work can be selected so much since the screen of access to IdemJuris as since the general menu.

  • - Language spelling revision,.  We will be able to select the language of the dictionary with the one that each time that agree to a field or a text IdemJuris will be selected, although we will be able to change it by hand.

  • - To Use Code of Action.  If it is desired to work with the writings classification system, calls and visits.  (To see section 4.10.- Type of Action).

  • - Access to information by working Party.  Marking this option is restricted the access to the information of Process, for all those users that do not belong the working Party of the selected in you said processes.

  • Therefore also it affects this restriction in the access to the information of all those maintenances that be necessary the selection of an process, as in Reports, Documents, Expenses, Invoices, Management, Book of VAT (when be not as company) and listing of processes.

  • The users of the Group IdemJuris will always have access to all the information independently of the working Party that have selected.  From Agenda/Alarsm a message destined to the users of a working party can be left in concrete.  

  •  

  • - Internet Use Control.  This option permits to control the time that is connected to Internet.  If itself it is not selected, will create, of automatic form, an annotation in the Register sheet, as private connection and without hour of end, by each one of the connections.  

  •  

  • - 4D Security Copy Control Backup.  Marking this option, each time that leave IdemJuris reports us of when was the last copy and the possibility of carrying out gives us the copy of security (Only monouser).  

  •  

  • - Control Use of the Base.  If we mark this option each time that we do a modification (to Create, to modify, to erase) of the ficheros Processes, Clients, Preferences, Control Accesses and Users, IdemJuris will keep it automatically in a report, which we will be able to see or to print from utilities with the USE CONTROL button.  

  •  

  • - Client birth date Notice with maximum difference.  If you want that IdemJuris notify of the date of birth and the age al to select a client we should mark this option.

  • In case that we mark happiness option we will indicate a time limit, in days, so that notify us IdemJuris, if the date of birth is found inside the previous or subsequent time limit indicated respect the present date.  

  •  

  • - Select Currency.  We have the possibility to select the currency that interest us.

  • We only have to introduce the complete name of the currency, its symbol and the number of decimals that are going to utilize with the currency.  

  • In the case that the currency be Euro the symbol and the number of decimals will put it the Management of automatic form.  

  • Also we will be able to modify the currency of work introducing the new currency of the form explained, and IdemJuris will ask us that we introduce the coefficient by the one that is going to multiply the values to become the new currency.

  • Doing «click» in the "eyelash" of Accounting, we will be able to indicate the accounts of link with ContaBell.  

  • ContaBell is the program for accounting of Idemsoft, which has link direct with IdemJuris.

  • 2.- PROCESSES.

  •  

  • In this maintenance are all the necessary information of each Process, as is: the number of the Process (that can be assigned automatic or by hand), the title of the matter, the name of the Customer, the Opponent, the class of matter, the Lawyer Director, the amount of the matter, the Court and decree number, the Lawyer and Attorney, contrary, etc.  

  •  

  • Besides, if we have marked the option of Access to Information by working Group in data we will be able to select a Working Group for the process, restricting thus the access to all those different users from group of user IdemJuris and that belong not al Working Group of process.  

  •  

  •  

  • As it is observed in the previous screen, there are some fields in the upper part that always they are visualized; these are number of process, button to visualize the changes of the process, If is open or closed, date of start and closing if is closed, if is court or not, matter, State, Matter Type, Matter, Lawyer/Attorney and Working Party if is marked the corresponding option in Data preferences under these fields there is a series of "tabs" to visualize more information in the process; if we do «click» on them we will see Data of the Client, Data of the Opponent, alone Court in the case to have marked the Judicial option, Observations and Collaborating.  

  •  

  • If it is desired to print the dial of the process with the one that is working itself, only one must do «click» in the button (PRINT DIAL).

  • Doing «clic» on we will access to maintenance of agenda to be able to keep in the agenda and to put an alarm to the messages related to the process.  

  • Doing «clic» on we will access to maintenance of Information since where we will be able to visualize telephones and another information that have stored in the files of Customers, Lawyers, Attorneys, Opposite, Courts, Users.  

  •  

  • In the upper part of the screen there is a box in which a listing with the processes located appears, where we can see the number of the process, the customer, the opponent, the class of procedure, ... .

  •  

  • 2.1.- CREAR UN NUEVO PROCESO.

  •  

  • Clicking in the NEW button, IdemJuris will assign a new one NUMBER OF PROCESS, if is selected the option of Automatic Numbering in the General Data preferences but, if on the contrary, is selected the Manual option, there will be that type the number of the Process to create.  

  •  

  • The screen of processes is divided into two parts, the superior with some fixed fields to introduce certain information and, the lower one where we see a box with different from "tabs" for complete the information of the process, for visualize and to introduce the information of the same one of a simple form and that be seen with clarity.  

  •  

  • You must keep in mind that, like the Application can wors in way Multiuser, when you press the NEW button, in order to creating a new Process, automatically, this is saved in the database.  Therefore, if after you press the NEW button, itself was not wanted to keep this Process and tried to leave here without you press the button to SAVE, IdemJuris will store it any way, although with all its empty fields.  This is done to avoid errors working in an environment Multiuser, since two different Users may be creating new Processes at the same time.  

  •  

  • After having you press the NEW button you will pass to introduce the information, being able to pass from a field to another with the Tab key or puncturing it with the mouse.  You will introduce the information in the fields as:

  • - Matter, the Title of the Matter of the one that treats said Process.  

  • - The SITUATION Open/Closed, in which the Process is found.  If you do not indicate anything will be Open, but will be able to change to closed when the case have finished doing «click» in Closed or Close and indicating the corresponding date, which will be the present one if we do not indicate none.  

  • - The Start/Close Date, IdemJuris puts the present day, but can be modified, simply typing the new one.  When the case have finalized, the date End selecting can be introduced before the option Closed, that the same as before if not if do not we indicate none, puts that of the present day, being able to modify it for the one that correspond.

  • - To Select Judicial or Extra-Judicial option, if you do not indicate anything, always is selected Extra-Judicial

  •  

  • -The State in which the Process is found, refers to if is a matter of First diligence, second, etc.  If some it wants to be sought in concrete, one must do «click» in the button , or if what is wanted is to create a new State, you will press the button .

  • - For Lawyer/Attorney (Users) can be selected by clicking the button or introducing the first digits of the surname and  pressing the tab key.  Also it can be created, erase or modify a Lawyer, for it you must do «click» in the button accessing to maintenance of  Users. Attorney or Lawyer will appear depending on the option enter in Data preferences.

  • -The Type of Matter, will permit to classify the Processes through this field.  As same as in the country field previous, an enclosed deployable list can be selected by means of, permitting also to enter to maintenance to add, modify or erase any of them.  

  • - Matter.  Also it can be classified the Processes according to the type of Matter (Divorce, dismissal, etc.) to which belongs said Process.  As it occurred in the three previous fields, it can be search pressing the button , or create a new one clicking on .

  • - Working Group (Only can be accessed in the case of have selected the option Access to Information by Working Group in Data preferences) The Working Group can be selected by clicking button or introducing the first digits of the Working Group and pressing the tabulador key.  Also it can be created, erase or modify a Working Group , doing «click» in the button for  Working Group maintenance access. Once Working Group is selected, only user from Working Group will have access to the process.  

  •  

  • Once we have introduced the information in the previous fields that have considered opportune, we will complete the information of the process clicking in corresponding "tabs" and introducing the information. Data of the customer is obligator

  • - The Customer, onces typed (the first letters, or all), if not exists, IdemJuris will ask for create it.  In the case to wanted to create one new, will open automatically the Customers maintenance screen where we will introduced all the data of the Customer.  This window is the same one that appeared in the section of Customers , as will be seen further on. In this section there is a field of Reference, where it will be indicated desired by the Customers , so that thus can identify better the Process.  The Attorney/Lawyer one of the Customers .  This field functions the same as that of Customer , lests enter the maintenance to be able to create, modify, or erase.  Attorney will appear if you select in preferences program to work as a Lawyer or will appear Lawyer if you select to work as a Attorney.

  • - Data of the Opponent.  Here you will tpe the informatin for the oppsite.

  •  

  • - Court.  By  «click» in the corresponding "tabs" you will choss the right one  Subsequently  will type the city where the Judgment will be carried out  If it not exist, can be created, pressing the NEW button and to introduce the type, the number and the telephone. Always a type of Court can be erased, selecting it and doing «click» in the button to ERASE. If  Extra-Judicial is selected you will not be able to enter the "tab" Court.  On the contrary, if the Judicial option is selected, IdemJuris will permit to access to the Judged tab, the tipe of Procedure, ... .  

  •  

  • - Observations.  Clicking in this "tab" we see a box in the lower part, where will be able to type the Observations, related to the Process in question.If you click the button , the screen will be expanded to be able to see better what you are writting.  Also, it permits you to introduce the amount and the coasts predicted of the matter and further on, when already known, the data of the sentence, if proceeds.

  • - Collaborating.  Clicking in this "tab" you see a box in the lower part, where will be able to introduce the collaborators of the proccess, to see them when you use the buttons of information of the process in the different maintenances of IdemJuris.  

  •  

  • We have to emphasize that the fields of Customer, Matter, Opposite and Attorney, they are related to their files.  So, if you type a text in their fields, IdemJuris will search in the corresponding database , and in the case that not exist, IdemJuris will give you the possibility to create it.  By defect, always search the text in the form of «begins by…», although also the possibility to search according to the option exists «...content...»  In the case that locate more than one, will show a list with all the names, for you to choose one.  If none it exists, IdemJuris will communicate it and will ask you to create it.

  • 2.2.- SEARCH A PROCESS.

  •  

  • IdemJuris let you to search the Processes by practically any of the fields.  If we have marked the option of Access to Information by Working Group in preferences data, restricts the access to the processes to all those users that do NOT belong to Working Group selected for said process.  

  •  

  • We will do «click» in the criterion, typing what we want to search and subsequently press the button to SEARCH.  

  •  

  •  

  • IdemJuris will tell us the number of processes located and gives us two options:

  •  

  • 1.- See the selection.  In this case IdemJuris will show for screen all the Processes that comply said criterion and we will select the desired, doing «click» on it.  

  •  

  • 2.- Search in the selection.  This permits us to search inside the present selection as many times as we select this option once indicated the new criterion of search, we will do «click» in the button to SEARCH.  

  •  

  • 2.3.- MODIFYING DATA IN A PROCESS.

  •  

  • To MODIFY a Process, first one we must search it, pressing the button to SEARCH or typing the number of Process (in the field), if is known.  

  •  

  • Once in screen the Process in question and doing «click» in the button to MODIFY, the Application will permit to enter all the fields, to be able to modify those data that interests us.  For finishing, we must press the button to SAVE for saving the modifications carried out and store them in the corresponding file.

  •  

  • 2.4.- CHANGING DATA OF A PROCESS.

  •  

  • We must differentiate among, to carry out modifications and to carry out changes inside the same Process.  While the first option (modification) in which causes is to change for other the original data, the second option (Change), first save the original data of the process in a historic for to be able to consult subsequently and, then permits to carry out the modifications in the same one.  This is very useful to be able to consult which has been the evolution of selected Process, since was opened up to now.  

  •  

  • For example, a Process could begin being extra-court and now passes to be court, or changes of court, etc.  The previous data would be kept and would continue with the same Process, with what would have the data brought up to date and all the history of the same one.  

  •  

  • For it, with the Process selected, doing «click» on the button of CHANGE, a box with the data of the Process will appear.  Later one must press the button CHANGE OF THE PROCESS.  

  •  

  • After carrying out the change, can be carried out the modifications in the Process, although at the end always one must SAVE to confirm the changes.  

  •  

  • There are two forms to visualize the changes carried out in a determined Process: -     - Selecting previously the Process in question and I press later the button .

  • - Selecting previously the Process in question and I press the button CHANGE, later one must press the button to SEE HISTORY OF CHANGE to visualize the changes carried out.  

  •  

  • The field situated under the button , will indicate by a number, the number of changes that have itself carried out for selected Process.  

  •  

  • 2.5.- DELETE A PROCESS.

  •  

  • Selecting the Process that be wanted to erase and doing «click» on the button to ERASE, IdemJuris will erase the Process in question, although before doing it, will ask for confirmation that you really wants to be erased and will indicate the files that will be seen affected by the elimination of said Process.  Accepting this confirmation, automatically will erase it from the database.

  • 2.6.-  SENDING MESSAGES FROM A PROCESS.

  •  

  • With the button AGENDA, in the slip of process can be created and send Messages to other Users.  Doing «click» in said button, a new Message will shown and inthe text of message, the number of Process and the name of the Clientof the Process will appear automatically, the type the Message to send to the connected user, to All or Other users, at same time you can activated the Alarm to message.  Finally you must «click» in the button to SAVE.

  • 2.7.- PRINTING A PROCESS.

  •  

  • Doing «click» in the button of PRINT, IdemJuris will print the Process that have selected.  

  •  

  • A box will appear where you can indicated the type of listing wished, by Relation or by file, being the same as to print it since the maintenance of Listings.  

  •  

  • Finally, press the button , if you wants to print, or the button to CANCEL, if you do not want print the Process.  

  • 3.- LISTINGS.

  •  

  • IdemJuris is in disposition to offer all the listings you need, for Customers, Processes and also to do Clients mails with Labels.  

  •  

  • Doing «click» in the button LISTINGS, is the option of listing for so much printer data of Customers, as of Processes or of Labels.  

  •

  • 3.1.- CUSTOMER LIST.

  •  

  • Doing «click» in the button CUSTOMERS, since the screen of LISTINGS, can be selected the or the Customers desired, to be able to print said listing.  

  •  

  •  

  • IdemJuris permits to be able to list to all the given Customers of high or only to one in concrete.  We have the option to select the type of listing of the customers.

  • - Complete, it will print the most prominent information of the slip of the customer as social name, physical person, complete address, F.I.N, date of active and inactive, telephones and general observations and basic data.  

  • - Reduced, prints the social name, physical person, city, F.I.N, and the telephones.

  • - Telephones, prints the social name, physical person and the telephones.  

  •  

  • If you get the option to list an only customer, its name will be introduced.  Also it will be able to select according to the date in which was given of active or inactive, by the type of Activity/Profession and the type of customer, doing «click» in and selecting the name of the Lawyer of said customer.  

  •  

  • If on the contrary, you decided to list various Customers that comply some you determined characteristic, first one must select the option ALL and then, you could select  all those that belong to a determined city, province or country.  

  •  

  • Besides if it has the option ALL will be able to order according to its social name, the physical person or the city.  

  •  

  • Once they selected all the criteria previously mentioned, will be done «click» in the button to PRINT.  

  •  

  • If you want to leave the screen, without printing any type of listing, will cause doing «click» in the button CANCEL.

  •  

  •  

  • 3.2.- PROCESS LISTS .

  •  

  • Doing «click» in the button PROCESSES, in the screen of Listings in the General Menu, has the possibility of listing Processes, selecting criterias.  If we have marked the Information Access option according to working group in preferences, they will not be able to list the processes all those Users that belong to another different working group  of the process.  

  •  

  • There are possibility to select  open Processes, or the ones that are closed, or both.  Also you can select the ones that are between two numbers of Process or between two specific dates.  

  •  

  • IdemJuris, also permits to restrict the selection of Processes according to the name of the Attorney and of the Lawyer, being selected All the Lawyers, if itself not one is selected.  

  • There it will be that to select the processes listing type that interests us to print:

  • - File; prints the Nº of process, Nº of Changes, Situation, Class Procedure, Type of Matter, Matter, Date Start and End, Nº and Day of last report, Lawyer and Attorney of the customer and of the opponent, amounts and coasts, Nº of process, Matter and Courts.

  •  

  • - Relation; prints Date of Start Nº of process, Nº of changes, Client, Matter, Learned, Proxy, opponent and Reference customer, ordered by number of Process, by date of Activate, or by the names of the customer, of the Lawyer and of the Attorney the relation of Processes.  

  •  

  • Finally, press the button to PRINT, the listing will be printed, with all the Processes found.  

  • 3.3.- MAILINGS LIST -EXPORTATION.

  •  

  • If you do «click» in the button MAILING-EXPORTATION, from the screen of LISTINGS, in the General Menu, IdemJuris will permit to carry out Mailings to customers, printing labels or exporting the fields that be selected, to a file on disk.  

  •  

  • The Mailings are created with the purpose to be able to keep them in the database for its subsequent utilization at any moment.  

  •  

  • If a predefined mailing of the list is selected, IdemJuris will show the following data:

  • - The nº of Clients to the ones that has been sent them that mailing. Doing «click» in the button to VISUALIZE, will be shown in screen a list of those customers, with the name of the Company that represent and their names and surnames.  From here, can also be eliminated of this list, Mailings temporary or permanently, doing «click» in the corresponding button.  Also it can be added customers or opponents so that also receive that mailing, doing «click» in the button to ADD and filling the opportune fields (name of the Company, name and surnames, city, province, country, activity/ profession, type of customers and lawyer).  On the other hand, a customer can be selected for various criteria at the same time for example, if is wanted the customers of Los Angeles (California) and whose activity is that of the Lamps, would be selected «All» the customers and in population would be put «Los Angeles» and in activity «Lamps».

  • - The nº Total of Mailings that there is for the type selected.
